Hi Kathryns10, Thanks for the review but I wish I knew which Kathryn you are (between the two salons we have lots of Kathy's and Kathryn's) so I could thank you personally for the feedback re the apprentice who dried off your hair OK, but was a bit 'rough' on your head, which may have been a bit more sensitive than usual due to the colour correction they did for you, (but that's no excuse!) so I will definitely try to ascertain who it was and will pass on your comments to her for future reference. I'm glad you loved the new colour they did for you and hope to see you in the salon again so you don't have to suffer anther home colour disaster. Don't feel bad though, because you're not alone in the home colour mistakes, department, and that's what we're good at fixing. Cheers, Pam Lavender
