What an amazing experience...Lee is fantastic. She knows what she is talking about, will honestly give advise and genuinely wants you to walk out of there feeling the best.. I have been to Lee 5 times now, after sticking with the same hairdresser for 7 years, I decided it was time for a change - best thing I ever did. Lee is meticulous in her craft. After numerous years & many failed attempts of searching for a hairdresser who truly understands cut & colour. I finally found someone who not only delivers the goods, but exceeded my expectations. I cant recommend Lee & this salon high enough. Pauline

With my expectations high, I made an appointment with Lee, WOW I was blown away, with the service and the feel of the salon, it was like being an old friend, even though it was my first time. I highly recommend this salon owned and run by Lee. Lee is friendly, efficient and knowledgable.She listens and goes out of her way to provide satisfaction. I have been extremely happy with both my cuts and blowdrys, and her competitive prices add that little bit extra.

I was referred to Lee from a work colleague. I had a terrible experience the weekend prior with another hairdresser both with what was done to my hair and the service. I telephoned Lee to explain my situation and she was extremely understanding and empathetic to my situation (which I needed as I was very upset with my haircut and colour). We made an appointment for the next night for a consultation to discuss my options. As soon as I arrived at the salon I felt at ease. From that Lee fit me in for the following evening to fix my hair before the coming weekend. What she did and for the price was incredible (and one of the best blowdrys I have ever had). I hugged her after because I was so happy. Lee is both a kind and generous person. I will most definately be back.

agudrey came highly reccomended to me as a professional in cutting and specialising in blondes. im particuarly fussy with my color. i was very nervous but with an amazing consultation and she certaianly knew exactly what she was talking about. I left it into her professional hands. OMG ! what a result. i got exactly what i wanted and more. I have little time to spare and i dont like being passsed arond from apprenice to sylist to apprentice. What i loved was that audrey did it all, and i was out within 2 hrs of my treatment. Audrey, where have you been all my life. Please never leave me.

I showed a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and Audrey gave me exactly what I asked for. I had a coffee to go with it and great service was provided!!!! I recommend this salon to everyone!

I knew I needed a hairstyle change but was unsure which way to go.....enter Lee at Salon Lavan. I had a couple of pictures of styles and colour. Lee discussed all option with me, keeping current trends and the amount of time I spend styling my hair in mind. We came up with a plan together and she went to work. I am totally in love with my new look!! I have had so many compliments and I'm almost getting whiplash as I pass a mirror trying to catch a glimpse of my new hair style.

Had a wonderful haircut from Audrey. Great fringe cut too which is sooo hard to find. Finally i can manage my fringe the wash after the cut. The colour was amazing and the price for all the work i had done was great!! Defiantly will be returning again and so happy i have found a new hairdresser after my usual went down hill.

I went to this salon based on these reviews and the service was great (make sure you go hungry - I got a huge plate of chocolates and chocolate biscuits with my pot of tea!). I am a natural blonde and I dye my hair dark brown and I just wanted my roots filled in. I hear she is great at blondes but maybe not so much with brunette - she coloured my hair but didn't manage to cover my roots. She then dyed them again and covered them a little better but not completely (this has happened at other salons, my hair is tricky) The colour was a bit darker than I had hoped and I have NEVER had hair dye fade so little which in my case was not what I wanted!! All up though it didn't look bad.

Despite that the colour wasn't amazing, I left happy because the price is fantastic compared to most salons and I really appreciated that she was completely honest about not having been able to cover up my roots properly. Was somewhere between $100-120 for a trim and full head colour.

Frank my hairdresser was amazing! My hair had been dyed blonde for years and I was looking for a change. I purchased some hair extensions and got Frank to colour both the extensions and my own hair a warm brown. They matched perfectly and the extensions were cut into my hair to make them look natural and realistic. Frank really put the extra effort into making sure my hair came out looking amazing! I have received so many compliments about the colour. I thought the colour would have faded due to having such blonde hair before but the colour still looks great. All at a great price! Thanks Frank!

Firstly thank you to Womow for helping me find this hairdresser. Booked in for a well over due colour to cover my ever increasing grey routes after several attempts of using home kits and not finding the exact colour match or giving even coverage I thought it was time to try a salon now I am living in Aus (7 months). First impression was that the Salon was clean and well kept, Audrey made me feel at ease, checked my colour and went to work. The result was perfect, excellent colour match. No more home kits for me I will be using Audrey from now on.

I go to Lee and she is fantastic! Doesn't charge a fortune but does a thoroughly professional job. I am now a loyal customer!

I have now been to Salon Lavan twice and I feel like I'm visiting old friends. The owner Lee is so welcoming, yet really professional and she is more like a 'hair artist' with her amazing ability.
