I have been going there for about 4 years after using a Groupon, and find they are lovely, warm people and I have never heard them be rude to anyone!

They are half the price of the salon I used to go to and do a great job.

I bought Groupon for eyelash extension service 6 moths ago and tried on their service. I am a fussy person when come to good service and quality of work. Ava amazed me with her skills and professionalism. I have to admit when I stepped in the first time I wasn’t sure because the salon was very simple set up but her work was profesional and prize are so extremely reasonable. It is so much better than those beautiful looking but poor quality salon which I end up paying for for the look of salon instead of quality of work. I have been back every 3-4 weeks to refill since then and never been disappointed. I will suggest book earlier because sometimes they can get very busy and communicate your need earlier to avoid misunderstanding. Definitely thump up for Ava!

Stay AWAY!!!! If I could give this 1/2 star I would. Made an appointment to have eyelash extensions done, arrived there and they refused to do it, saying that I have got contact lenses on. Never mentioned it when booking appointment. I have gone for eyelash extensions many times...never a problem with contact lenses. This is the worse business ever. She (Ava) was extremely rude and refused to carry on with the appointment. I asked if I could quickly buy a contact lens case next door, and she said we have no time! All the while with a 'who cares?' attitude . Also they have an online service for booking and I wanted to have it done at other times but they said they were fully booked. However, clearly the times were still available on the booking system
.I mentioned I had a groupon voucher before that & obviously they said they were fully booked. Why bother offering groupon promotions then? After refusing to do the extensions she then flippantly said no problem...'ask for the groupon refund!' In essence she meant... who cares? 'We are not interested in your business!!' Extremely horrible customer service, rude, arrogant & dishonest. In this day & age, you are the losers because you dont understand customer service. Readers of this review, please take your business elsewhere, heeding my advise will be the best thing you've done!!!!

Update- Groupon has refunded me. They said they have had to issue quite a number of refunds relating to this biz. Frankly, I am not surprised.
Also managed to get my eyelash extensions done today at another place. With my contact lenses on.

Worst salon I've ever come across. Absolutely filthy and dingy, the staff are SO rude - I've never felt so unwelcome in a salon, or anywhere to be honest.
One of the Girls should NOT be in any kind of customer service, her attitude is ridiculously appalling.
I had an appointment for 4:10pm and had received an email confirmation to prove it. Traffic was bad so I rang and told them I'd be five minutes late. The girl on the end of the phone said that was totally fine. Upon arrival at 4:15pm the blue haired had the nerve to tell me that it was MY fault that their system said I was booked in at 4pm and that the email I had received clearly stating the appt was at 4:10pm meant nothing. She then chastised me for being 20 minutes late while rolling her eyes and started reeling off reasons why she didn't have time to do my service.
Only went to this salon because I had a Groupon and it's safe to say I won't be redeeming it, would rather lose $59 than step foot in that crap hole again.

A positive experience all round, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and I am very happy with the colour of my hair and love the cut.

Visited here on a Groupon for a hair cut and half head of foils.
Very happy with both services and would return.

NEVER go to this salon! I called very politely to advise them that the front of my hair is a completely different colour to the rest of my hair and it looks terrible. Not only did she laugh at me she told me that is what I asked for. It was basically bad luck for me as she refused to accept that it was a different colour, without even seeing it. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend anyone to go there.

Salon 460 is a terrific local salon with a team of lovely, professional and friendly stylists. I have been going to them for nearly 5 years and always walk out feeling pampered, relaxed and with great hair! Lots of my friends and family now go there as I have raved about them and the services are very reasonalbly priced.
