We had an issue with our water heater and were recommended to call Michael at Ruttley Plumbing. In short, the service was excellent. Michael is knowledgeable, polite and was able to diagnose our heating issue quickly. I would happily recommend Michael and Ruttley Plumbing and we will definitely be using them again, as they provide a quality service.

I am a single mom and plumbing is something I can't and won't do. I hired Ruttley Plumbing to do it for me (the first time to hire them). And, they were great! I love how they also taught me how to do it myself, and how they cleaned the area before they go. Very punctual, very polite! Kudos!

After using Ruttley Plumbing for the very first time some months ago, I did not consider any other plumbing company to attend to repair the faulty toilets at our home last week. My husband and I contacted Michael from Ruttley Plumbing after coming home from work to find our toilet and laundry tub both blocked. Michael was at our house within 45 minutes of first calling him (after hours). Michael inspected the issue and advised he would need to remove our toilet to investigate why our pipes were blocked and to resolve the problem. Thankfully the issue was not a major problem and everything with our pipes were fixed.

We had a leaking hot water system and asked Ruttley to come and take a look on Monday. They were very polite and professional, and quoted a fair price, so we decided to have them replace the system on Wednesday. Michael and Nick were extremely pleasant and polite. They also ended up having to drive a long way to get a water heater that suited our needs as the one they had brought was too tall for the room. The job probably took them three times as long as they expected but they took it in stride and didn't charge anything extra, and were very professional throughout the whole process. Michael answered all my questions and explained things clearly and calmly. The guys really took all the steps to make sure that they had a minimal impact on the room, making sure not to slam doors etc.

Ruttley Plumbing was wonderful, they helped remove an old sink and install the new. They patiently waited around for the other trademan (who had the new sink but were an hour and a half late) at no extra charge. The boys were very friendly and professional. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Needed a plumber for our bathroom reno's and didn't know anyone so read a few reviews and called up Mick. Very happy with his attitude and customer service; he didn't make short cuts and quoted fairly. My cousin has since used him for a blocked toilet and was really happy with him.

Michael came around and you could tell he knew what he was talking about, explained the situation well and what had to be done. He was a nice guy and I felt very comfortable with the cost and job. I called Ruttley Plumbing for a blocked drain as I'd been referred by a friend who recommended them. I was impressed with their professionalism and how they took the time to explain the job and what they were going to do. Micheal came around to perform a pipe inspection to determine state of ou storm water pipes after some previous suspect building work. He quickly helped me determine what i had suspected. He was so professional and courteous, we quickly used his service again and found him consistantly reliable, honest, and dependable.

We were faced yesterday with blocked drains and sewage was flowing out onto the grass at the front.

The boys from Ruttley phoned to say they were a little late but arrived soon after depsite the fact we are nowhere near their home base. Both boys shook hands and introduced themselves and their work and manners were OUTSTANDING. They were neat and well dressded and I recommend them to everyone. The boys cleaned up the area when they had finished and shook hands again on departure. Terrific

Broken pipe as a result of a tree root. Also a leaking bathroom tap. I was a little apprehensive because I had not used Michael before. What a pleasant surprise. Michael was pleasant, courteous, competant and he could tell you upfront what the job would cost. I thought for the amount of time he spent that his pricing for the job was very reasonable. I will make Michael my new plumber and will be very happy to recommend him to friends.
