Bought a new car from them last year. Got a fair price without the need for any haggling at all. Also the trade in price they offered for my old vehicle was better than I was expecting. I did not feel any pressure when dealing with them, which I was very relieved about, as I had just had an appalling experience with my previous dealer, who had rushed me into a signing a contract and then forced me to pay $5000 to get out of it. I dealt with Michael for the new sale.

The Good:
They seemed genuinely honest, which I cannot say of any of the other dealers I visited.
The Bad:
I had to chase up about the availability of a towbar, and when it was finally fitted, it was wired incorrectly the first time and I had to go back to have it done properly.

I have purchased multiple cars from this dealer with no pressure and minimal headache. They were always accomodating to my needs and the prices were good. They seem honest and caring beyond most dealers. I mainly worked with Michael who made the process quick and painless.
