Really enjoy Replete Providore as my local - cosy and snug without being intrusive. The eggs Benedict is a dependable favorite and the coffee is always fantastic - with take home bags available. Also a considerable cake selection and even more take home goodies to reheat later. All in all very worthy of the constant patronage and support by locals with great catering options especially around Melbourne Cup and Christmas. Lots of parking in neighboring streets and quick efficient service.

Hi Glennmelb8, from your description, this place sounds like it encases many delectable offerings. We always love returning home with goodies. Regards, Reeces

We had lunch here today and it was delicious. I went for the salmon risotto while my colleague had the ploughmans (which came with a bowl of soup?!) but it looked delicious. The coffee was good, too. Real hearty winter tucker!

Approximate cost: $15

This place is our favourite breaky place in Melbourne. Definitely recommend the corn fritters, but every dish we've had has been extremely tasty. Extra points for the use of Istra bacon!

Fantastic! We were just passing by and decided to stop for lunch - this place is rather out of the main Glenferrie Rd shopping strip where we usually go. But we will definitely be going back! I thought at first the prices were a little higher than I expected, but the quality of the food completely justifies it!

I had the lasagna, which is one of their regular dishes. I was just congratulating myself on making an excellent choice - fresh tomato and lots of cheese, just how I like it. But then I tasted my husband's lunch which was one of the specials and that was even better! Next time I'm ordering off the specials board - but seriously, it is all good!

We also got a coffee and chai latte to take away, and they asked us to sit down again as the chai needed to be made properly from scratch which would be at least 5 mins. It was worth the wait! Did I mention we would be going back? Definitely worth making the trip! The only down side is trying to get a park on that bit of Barker's Rd.

Hi Elizabby, thanks for another reliable review. Sounds delicious, especially the chai! Reeces.

Food great with unique touches. Care about coffee - one of the best in Melbourne. Bean selection and the occasional roast by staff member Yannick are superb.

The wait staff were extremely rude, and particularly in attentive. The wait for a table was exceptionally long and made worse by a lack of communication and large differences in time estimates between staff. Ruined the entire experience. Will not be returning.

They are renowned for them and I keep coming back! Whilst you may have to wait for up to 20 minutes for a table, the Corn Fritters with Istra Bacon, Avocado smash, Sour Cream and Sweet Chilli are so delicious. Every time my sister is here from interstate, it is the only place she wants to eat.

Approximate cost: $20

Came here this morning for a comforting breakfast. Had the ricotta hotcakes and corn fritters. I actually enjoyed the ricotta hotcakes a lot more than the doughy corn fritters. What had let the fritters down was the muffin like texture when I was expecting juicy, crunchy corn kernels.
Coffee was alright - not amazing. Service was good as it was not as busy as the weekends. It can get rather crowded on the weekends but it's a nice little neighbourhood to explore while you wait.
Recommended for a cute little cafe, I'm sure the other items are good but I had high expectations for the corn fritters.

Approximate cost: $17

Ricotta hotcake,I have to try it,thanx for recommendation.

Hi BlushingBride, what a shame that this little business has closed down. It sounded amazing and we are disappointed that we did not have the opportunity to check it out. In relation to the corn fritters, we have a superb recipe which we would be happy to forward if you so desire. Feel free to private message us if you would like a copy. Thanks for another professionally written review! Regards, Reeces

We had brunch at Replete today and were very pleased to note a big improvement in the standard of customer service we experienced. Our meals were lovely, and the coffee was excellent. I would really recommend Replete.
