Ani and Connie are among the best around - great service and reasonable prices. They always provide what I want and have lots of helpful advice as well - never disappointed.

I have in the past always struggled to find a hair salon that I can trust will delivery a great service time after time, but I have now found it. As soon as you walk in the door you start to relax as the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil, very unlike most hectic hair salons. Ani always does a lovely cut and colour which I've always been happy with.

Annie looked after me and was fabulous. Gave great advice and saved me heaps .... took a great deal of time talking with me about what I wanted and didn't let me waste my money on colouring my hair! I'll be back Annie! - Cheers

"Wonderful hairdressers. I always get a great consultation before hand that is not rushed and I actually experience being listened to by the hairdresser (rare in my experience). They ask lots of questions for guidance and are realistic about what is achievable. Also ANI did a great job on my hair, very helpful and so pleased with the fantastic job you did. Will definitely be visiting again. Also sent a few clients to have there hair cut by the girls here and they've always been amazing. Love their decent opening hours also - makes getting an appt at a time that suits me much easier….

If there was a superhero for hairdressers, Refrescate (specifically connie) would be it! I walked in with disaster hair thanks to a cheap home hairdresser job and walked out feeling beautiful! Didn't think anyone could save it but somehow Hair Masters managed to! Thanks girls! Such a lovely vibe, friendly service and amazing experience all round xx

I regularly have my hair cut, coloured and foils and Connie is a wonderful hairdresser, she is great at cutting short hair in a great style, I have never been able to find someone who can cut short hair in a fashionable style, she is also very friendly and helpful always trying to fit me in at the last minute

I have beeen to Refrescate just once and I have just found my new long-term salon! I have long dark hair with lots of foils which were badly grown out. The girls did a deep cleanse first and taught me the benefits of silicone free shampoo and conditioner. Then Connie perfectly fixed my colour with high impact foils of blonde with brunette underneath each one. It looked gorgeous and fresh and the best part is that no bleach or toner was required! The treatment and cut left my hair super smooth and shiny too. The customer service was fantastic - one of the friendliest salons I have been to. Also, it was very good value, especially as I am a student and they have a student discount. Needless to say, I will be going back again and again, even though I live 40 min away!

I bought 2 Spreets vouchers for scattered highlights. My daughter has been having her hair highlighted for about a year and her hair had become very brittle from various hairdresser piling bleach onto bleach. Connie had a very different approach and after giving the hair a very decent trim to get rid of the worst she used a high lift tint on the regrowth only and ran a darker colour through to break up the damaged blonde avoiding further damage to her hair. Rosie is 15 and at that age hair is the be all and end all, she was terrified that her hair would look dark and boring without the bleach but she was delighted and the hair looked natural yet still lovely and blonde. The cut was great as well. Connie also did my hair and I must say I am very happy with mine as well. We moved here 3 years ago from the UK and have been so disappointed with all the hairdressers we have tired until now, Thanks Connie!

Ani is my hairdresser and she is great. she listens carefully to what you want to have done to your hair, makes realistic and accurate suggestions about what can and can't be done successfully with hair colouring and gives solid reasons. Ani offers suggestions that are helpful. I have my hair foiled and she does a great job so I leave the salon with exactly the righnt colour mix of VERY FINE foils (something I haven't experienced at other hairdressers). I first went ti Ani because I was unhappy about my hair style and wanted accurate advice about possibilities. This hair salon is fantastic, I have been going here for a couple of years and not once have I left without being totally satisfied with all aspects of my visit. If you have any problems the girls are more than happy to help but they explain things if you have any concerns. If you are not 100% happy with where you go now, give this one a go, you wont regret it.
