I would probably receive better customer service if I picked up one of the balls and threw it at the wall and was asked to leave. Sadly, I didn't do this, and instead I had to seek out the assistance of quite a rude and abrupt manager, who seemed completely disinterested in offering anything remotely resembling assistance.
The other staff were nicer, however this is a relative thing - they were nicer because they weren't as rude as the manager, but otherwise completely disinterested.
Disappointing, because such a large store and fantastic location has so much potential, but I feel it is going to waste.

Customer Service has certainly gone out the window in some places, hasn't it! Very sad to hear :(

I'm always a little disappointed with this store as twice now they haven't had what I was looking for. It's a great location in the Myer Centre but could stock a wider range of goods.

last time i was at rebel sport i found the service and quality to be satisfactory , i didn't like that i had to find my shoe size my self because most of the other sport stores i would go to have someone who you just tell your size to and they find it for you , what i did like about this store was that the prices where good and much better value than most other stores.

I recently went to Rebel Sport to buy some new sneakers. The sales assistant was great. She was friendly and helpful and offered assistance. She listened to what I was looking for, made some suggestions suitable for my foot type and then helped me choose several pairs to try on. We chose shoes according to what I wanted, and not just the most expensive pair. I appreciate that with customer service. It's such a turn off if sales assistants just try and sell the most expensive item. She was patient and attentive. Good customer service. Prices are fairly on par with other sports stores. Perhaps store would benefit more if they were more competitive with prices. Thank you for a positive experience.

I find that whenever I go to their stores I am always greeted with a smile and help, this and the quality of their products are two thing i can count on when going to their store, they are always willing to go that little bit further by pumping up your ball before you leave the store for example or giving you advice and help, my favorite sports store

A good sports store, and they really went out of their way to help me when they didn't have the right size in pants for me. Sometimes you can pick up a real bargain.

Staff made us feel uneasy in the store. When we approached the checkout there were 4 people standing behind it, including the boss i think. The girl that served ignored us and kept talking to the other girls. One of the worst shopping experiences I've had in a while.
