Raymond .B. Hairdressing, Werribee

This week i visited raymond b hairdressing at sanctuary lakes. Im new to werribee and often use this website to scope out local business's. There was quite a few good reviews about this salon so decided to visit on a wednesday being the discounted day. Angela did my hair and it is absolutly the best cut and colour ive had. She listened to me and was very patient and calming during my consoltation as i have had some bad experiences with my hair and get very nervous. The salon is very welcoming and the other hair stylist also joined in our conversations and was lovely because most salons ive visited, the girls can be quite intimidating. So overall i highly recomend this salon, my hair turned out great, service is great and they make a nice latte' too

After searching the web for reviews on good hairdressers, I decided to try Raymond B because of all the wonderful reviews it had. What a mistake that was. I had half a head of foils with a colour in between, and a trim. A trim was not what i had asked for, I had asked for a cut, but due to the fact she was running late (it took her 3 1/2 hours to do my hair) to see another client, I guess she was rushed to finish my hair properly. She burnt my scalp with the hairdryer several times, and don't even get me started on the hair wash. That was torture! It was almost physically unbearable. And believe me when I say I know pain. I've given birth to 2 kids. And as if the whole experience wasn't bad enough, when I got home I found dye all over my face! She had dried my hair in such a way that my fringe had covered it, but once I pulled my hair back, I was horrified. I spent ages trying to get the dye off, and when I finally did, I had chemical burns on my face. When my sister saw me a day later she asked if I had dyed my hair myself! This was THE worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser. And for all that, it cost me $199 (even on a Monday when foils are cheaper.) I will NEVER be recommending this hairdresser to anyone.

As a male, going to a what appeared to be a predominately female hair dresser was a bit of a shock. Great people, friendly, excellent service, very good hair cut , although a little pricey for a guy.

I had my hair done a few weeks ago by a stylish called Naomi, and I have never been so happy before. I would recommend any1 to go see her and im sure all the staff there are great too. Thank you so much Naomi and Raymond b staff :-)

Have been visiting this salon since the week it opened so the staff are like old friends. Used to have Ray but now go to Michael as prefer the Werribee salon. Have watched Ellie grow up and qualify, manage the salon in Point Cook, and become a mother! Moved out of the area for a while and tried a couple of different places but couldn't find anyone as good or as good value for money. Went back where I belonged! Would recommend to anyone, girls and guys alike.

went in on friday for a color and blow wave for an event. the girl did exactly as asked. i'll be back, more than happy

I was told to go see Michael at Raymond B by a friend of mine after complaining that my hairdresser was too expensive and then DYING after i tried another place and got butchered. not only was it fixed.. i walked out with a totally new hairstyle - i went from long to short (victoria beckham style) and i cant tell u how happy i am. i will never go anywhere else - they are all absolutely delightful, prices are fantastic and the skill/technique is impeccable. i am abandoning an award winning salon (and their skyscraping prices) and am their happy newest customer :o))

Great. Ray did my hair and I am going to take my boys there for toddler haircuts that suit. Great advice and full of knowledge on what suits and why. First time I've actually liked my hair in ages

I've been going there for 6 years and will never go to another hairdresser. everyone is so friendly and they really do want the result you do. they are very talented hairdressers. Raymond is an amazing hairdresser. so is Elle and Angie

All the senior stylists at Raymond B are amazing (Elle especially)! They know what colour and styles will suit your face and complexion and are extremeley helpful for indecisive people like myself who need a little help in deciding what they want. I have never had a bad haircut from there in the last 3 years I have been going!

Angela is amazing - she is adaptable and very approachable. She gives you her honest opinion and has some great suggestions that really personalize my experience every time I go into the salon - Without fail! Definitely number one on my list and I also took my boyfriend to her to transform his do into something modern and much more flattering for him.

Angela is a very competent hairdreser and extremely professional and friendly. She also cuts my children's hair and is so good with them and patient. The establishment is clean and well maintained. My hair is always cut to my liking and have never had any problems with appointment times etc
