Have had great dealings with them. I use them for my insurances and roadside assistance. Been with them since I first purchased my car. Still own the car and still with them.

My car battery died - all I had to do was call RACQ. Wouldn't be without them, would you?

Seriously, don't skimp on the RACQ insurance. They are helpful and quick.

The on road service is fantastic, the guys are great & quick helpful etc, The insurence side of things are terrible no help rude, They did not help me at all in acciedent i believed was not my fault hit me from behind, as i only had third party as the car was not worth much, they did not want to help me with the other company..... I was gobsmacked by the service & how they delt with me & my husband in the process, now have the at the abudsome for advice as racv couldn't help me any further they said, Its been a very long process & been going for months, i have left now to go back to my original insurence company, I tought after 20 years id try another biggest mistake eva.

i love racq their prices are great considering I'm on my p plates i love the little discount coupon book they send out and all the staff i have dealt with are friendly and helpfull

I have nothing but great things to say for the complete package i paid 149.00 and have used them 5 times this year. From towes, locked keys and i even ran out of gas. Very friendly and fast to get there.

RACQ were very helpful and informative when discussing my car insurance. the staff were very helpful especially since it was my first car and all.

Generally on the more expensive end of the scale, especially compared to companies like youi, payd, budget etc, but I know that if I ever have to make a claim, I want the best, so I'm willing to pay for it. Fantastic phone service, great customer service.

Whenever I have dealt with the RACQ Branch at Maroochydore, the staff had always been very helpful, courteous and the deals and brochures they offer are very good. On the telephone the lady there always explains when and why she might be keeping you waiting and advises you of how long she might be away from the phone. Exceptional telephone service in this day and age.
