Amazing, I have never seen so much information on pregnancy and post-natal exercises, and it was all tailored to my stage of pregnancy. With this site I was able to stay fit through my pregnancy, all in the convenience of my home. It was really easy to stay motivated with all the exercise being in video format for me and changing monthly.

The Good:
There are no contracts, so it didn't feel like i was trapped into any thing, It was also first place that was telling me what i could do rather than what i couldn't do
The Bad:
That i only found this site when i was already 25 weeks pregnant, would have liked to have started it sooner.
