I had PoolGuys come out 2 weeks ago, I was having big problems with my pool equipment, PoolGuys recommended some upgrades and I proceeded with their recommendations. Within 2 days they told me my water quality would improve and wow did it ever, pool is 4 years old and i have never seen it so clear and feels so soft.
I can now even control my whole pool system via my phone. Have recommended to my neighbour.

Best change we made to use The Pool guys there service is unbelievable detail and care for there customers is what you want helped change our pump over saving us heaps would not recommend anyone else!!

Pool Guys were the only Pool company that actually explained the problems we were having with our pool and why we were have the associated issues.
My wife and i were extremely impressed with the professional service we received.
Replaced all of our tired Equipment in February 2017 and the follow up service since has been brilliant.
Installation by Jake and Paul was of Extremely High and they even clean up the mess they make.
Follow up by Dave was and is greatly appreciated.

After years of supporting another pool company i was recommended to Pool Guys Adelaide by a work collegue.
Firstly i have to say that others could learn a lot from these Guys as far as customer service.
From the initial meet and greet i had a warm fuzzy feeling as to the service i was about to receive, and now nearly 6 months into our monthly maintenance program our pool has never been so inviting, and the attention to detail from Dave and his staff is as good as it was on the initial visit, maybe even better if thats at all possible.

Following my house being rented for a year, the pool required some quality work to get it back to a good state. I hired the Pool Guys to do that and loved them and their work so much that I now have them come around on a monthly basis to clean it and check the levels. The work and prices are trustworthy and reliable, even something needs replacing, I know it must be so and I know that I am getting the lowest price.
