I used to live in the Inner-West suburbs of Melbourne and had my cat's food delivered. Now I moved to Tarneit (Outer-West suburbs) and Michael has no problem delivering to this area. He is always helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of his way for me and my cats. He stocks only the best cat food that you can otherwise buy only at a Vet. I gladly recommend him to all my friends.

I found this business through Wommo, I was looking for good pets food, good brends and they got it all, I also buy Sentinel for dogs fleas and it is much cheaper then at the Vet, very fast delivery and very approachable company. I am happy customer and will do my order there again.

I have been using these guys for over 5 years and they are brilliant!! I buy Sentinal spectrum from them and they are one of the cheapest around. I have 2 dogs, so buy 2 lots at the same time to save on postage. They always have arrived with in 3-4 days, and if you are not happy with putting your details over the internet, you can fax or even send a cheque by post. I have had excellent service and the best price and have recommended them to loads of my friends who have all had positive experiences from them.

I went to Pet's Pantry while in Melbourne as I had heard that they stock Eagle Pack premium dog kibble and my local store was out of stock. Pet's Pantry had plenty of Eagle Pack in stock and had good service. Their range of premium foods available is extensive and their prices are competitive. The service was friendly and they also have a lot of other pet accessories and natural pet treats for sale.

Pets Pantry Home Delivery are very reliable - although they are always very busy they always have time to slot you in. They do a very good job at anything and everything and can always count on them to making your pet beautiful!

I ordered pet food off these guys for about 6 months. Unfortunately I decided I wanted to switch to a brand they didn't have. Good business but range is limited. Also with the expansion of pet shops on the net they are expensive unless you use their loyalty program which isn't stated clearly. Also, they once delivered the food next door and argued with my husband that we had said that address (why would we?!)

After reading this review (and the company's proceeding comments), I thank you for your candid 'rating'. The fact remains that if a business fails to carry a preferred item (and refuses to stock it) it is to their disadvantage. In addition to this, I think it a disrespectful business practice to infer that ‘ten’ options from which to choose, should be sufficient for any customer. Clearly, if you (as a customer) are not happy with the choice on offer, (or in this case, your pet is not happy), you have the right to say so and to shop elsewhere, without ridicule. As for the company (allegedly) delivering your order to the wrong address, how dare they treat you disrespectfully for ‘their’ incompetence? Irrespective of this, your ‘rating’ is concise and well balanced. I thank you for this and will take your comments on board.

While it is an obvious disadvantage for us to be picky about the products we stock it's really a question about ethics. We will NOT stock brands that in our expert opinion will shorten your pets life or lead to future health problems. We would rather lose a sale to a competitor's inferior offering than sell a product we know from an analysis of its ingredients and our experience is totally inadequate. If a customer is not prepared to accept our advice then of course they have the right to shop elsewhere. We respect that choice.
