Very poor service. I followed up on the progress of my order after it had not arrived after a week. I was notified by the Director that the website said that the item needed to be special ordered. I checked in case I had missed it and the website did not say that it needed to be special ordered. I sent the link to the Director of the page I ordered from so that they can review and hopefully correct the issue. Several weeks later, the website still does not say that the item needs to be special ordered and the only communication I received about the several week delay was when I sought another update from them. Avoid

having 2 cats in my household and a f ulltime job doing 10 hours a day makes it hard to go shopping for food a lot for the animals but pets pantry online pet supplies and home delivery has helped dramatically and without them i would have had to give my two cats away
