i think this that this is the best pet store i have been to my wife loves it she got a puppy from there she loves him his name is buster. they only thing thats bad a bout this store i went to look at the guine pigs and one was laying on its back

Great services provided customer service was also great.
Reasonable prices. Definitely visit again.

They have the awesomest pets for sale, i bought my dinasour fluffy from them when he was 12years old....On a serious note they litterally have the greatest prices on all pets and supplies if your an animal lover you will love this place high quality service and resources!

I really love that this store doesn't just have pets for sale, but they have welfare animals available for adoption!

I love that I have witnessed first hand feeding time - all of the animals are offered bowls of freshly diced vegetables.

I remember 12 months ago, They were offering a pet education program for preschool children - an animal would be the topic of the day and there were activities structured around educating about that particular animal.

Thumbs up for making it about education rather than only about how much money can be made from pulling at someones heart strings when it comes to pets!

Quite a large range of goods and knowledgeable of animals. A double bonus is that they are an 'adoption agency' for animals from Lort Smith Animal Hospital/Shelter - rather than selling animals who've more than likely very likely been bred in a puppy/kitten mill, where their mother and father are still suffering and where there's likely to be terrible cruelty, thereby perpetuating that questionable industry, they're providing a community benefit by matching shelter animals with new families, reducing the number of shelter animals who are killed.

We won't buy from pet shops who sell 'puppy/kitten mill' animals, but we will buy from Pets at Home.

They were happy for our dog to be inside the shop while we were shopping, which I always regard highly.

Traveled a fair while to get my dog washed as people had told us it was good business. For the price i would say it wasn't worth it...my dog didn't smell nice and looked like they had cut off nearly all his hair. Not good service or handling of the matter.

After this place was recommended to us, we had no hesitation to take our dog to be washed and groomed. Our appointment time was 11.00am so we dropped her off and was told that they would call us when she was finished (approx 2 hours) 3 and a half hours went by and nothing. We were just about to ring when we get a phone call saying that our dog had fallen off the bench, and that she was with the vet. Then I find out that she hadn't even started to trim her. 31/2 hours late. The girl didn't even care and just shrugged her shoulders.No communication whatsoever, lousy customer service.

this store i found to be rather and overwhelming approach to reptile and insect goods, but i also needed alot of items that i was able to get at this store. i would recommend to any breeder

one day after seeing the rating here, i decided to give a try to them for a change. they really impressed me in my first visit itself. as others said, there are many varieties at fabulous prices. becomes my fav place now a days.
