We found their service to be very respectful and professional. Our beautiful rabbit Matilda "Tilly" passed away suddenly and they were very accomodating at short notice to cremate her the next day. They also allowed us to be with her until the very last minute before being cremated. She was handled gently and with dignity. Jenny was very down to earth & lovely to deal with. Shane the cremator was very thoughtful and respective to Tilly & us. They were both very empathic towards our destress under the circumstances. Would highly recommend their service.

I was overwhelmed when I received our beloved dog's ashes. The care shown for our beloved friend was evident. I could not have wished for anything more - well, except to have him back with us again. Thank you Pet Cremation Services, you made a heartbreaking loss a little easier.

these people were fantastic with our family when we lost our beloved dog ..they talked us through everything so we understood the procedure and offered us tissues for our tears...we bought her home in a beautiful engraved box that now sits on our cabinet
