Absolutely brilliant. After having the htc one delayed 7 times, having ordered through Australian and English companies, personal digital understood my frustration, and got me the unobtainable htc one in my hands, the next working day, thus ending 2 months of frustration. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Came across Personal Digital in my searches for a specific model of the new HTC One. They were very nice & helpful replying to my e-mails and questions, price was great & easy to order. my phone arrived here in Israel well packaged and protected, everything is as promised and overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommand them to anyone.

I purchased a Blackberry from Personal digital a few weeks ago.

The phones were clearly marked that they were Hong Kong stock on the website, so I enquired about what exactly that meant and they assured me that not only would they send me a power adapter for the foreign power plug but that the installed language would definitely be English.

Unfortunately when the phone arrived it did have it's promised power adapter however it's installed language was Cantonese/Chinese.

Luckily I came across a great Youtube video that explained how to change the language back to English step by step and I advise anyone else in a similar situation to do the same.

As much as it was a great annoyance, with all of that said; The price was right, the phone arrived on time and well packaged and the online customer service staff were very helpful and quick to respond.

I would recommend the seller, just with caution.

Personal Digital was great, after weeks of searching for an aussie supplier of 7.7'' samsung tab to be covered by aussie consumer laws I found them via WOMO. Have office in Sydney to get goods if wish not to buy online as I didn't. I queried high price & they fixed immediately. Rec'd advice re claiming back GST as about to travel which I'd not thought of so think that above & beyond service. All in all a seamless experience & so glad I hung out for device from aussie supplier, the device is great too, best screen ever which is why I wanted that model & small enough to fit in handbag.Would use PD again.

Price was cheapest. Delivery was very quick. Product knowledge was good and after sales support great. I ordered the HTC One XL from them. Hadn't dealt with them before. Also liked that I got a proper Tax Invoice for GST claim.

I asked advise and got recommended a phone that I check on their website and others. Said I was interested and was aked which network I'd be using because there were 2 versions of the model. Very thorough. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy from them yesterday and it arrived by courier early this morning.

Excellent service, I was looking for a place to get a laptop base and quite a few USB keys, I checked out the reviews and this one came to the fore because it's close to work so I could go in if there was an issue, but also due to the very good reviews.

I spend Sunday sorting through the net what type of docking station and Went to personal Digital website, I ordered along with a load of thumb drives, USB's and surprisingly they have arrived today. Excellent service, fast delivery and all very well packaged.
