Pauls Supa IGA, Ringwood East

I have been shopping here off and on for a couple of years. The staff are great here. Very friendly and helpful. This supermarket needs upgrading and a good clean. I dont know what happens with the fresh produce but always disappointed with the freshness of it. Management need to regularly throw away rotten produce left sitting there and ensure the freshness is up to speed.

I have shopped at this IGA a few times when at Ringwood East and found them to be knowledgable and helpful when buying food. Well done.

I have been shopping at this IGA for over 4 years now and have never had such fantastic customer service. They may be a little more expensive in some areas, but for a smaller Supermarket they make sure prices are kept to a minimum. Special are fantastic. I subscribe to their catalogue and get some fantastic specials every week. Well done Team....

Reasonably sized store, which is sometimes a bit messy. My only complaint is that the staff weren't even able to explain their reward program to me!

These guys have been fantastic at getting in some food that we can't seem to buy anywhere else. They were very happy to help. However seem to have had a bit of miscommunition about when it was arriving.

I was very happy with the service at IGA. Had some very good prices which amazed me as i thought the smaller stores were more expensive but was surprised and pleased.

Really appreciate that I almost never have to queue up at the check outs, usually very friendly and helpful staff. Always sufficiently staffed in all areas. Really like that it has a few specialty goods that you can't find easily in other stores. Quite a few good specials regularly.

Always very friendly service. Always someone available to help you take your shopping to your car or free home delivery. Great range of grocery lines and if you want something they don't have they may even get it in for you. Lovely local supermarket
