Ordered 2 weeks prior, party supplies never arrived. Money was taken from my bank card. No confirmation of order send. No reply to email. Has now been 3 weeks tried calling initially just went to voicemail, now the phone number is disconnected. Their Facebook link doesn't work. Very disappointed.

Made my order two weeks ago. Received confirmation order.
My nephews 1st birthday is in three days and no decorations.
No email back.
No phone call back.
Phone rings and goes to message bank and then you can not leave a message because the mailbox is full.
Worst service ever.
Spent $100 and will be taking further action for a refund.

Disgusting service.
Made an order early September received it yesterday, almost 4 weeks later after my event had already happened. Whats the good of that?
On top of all that I called, left messages, mailbox was full 90$% of the time (probably with complaints)
Emailed 4-5 times and NO response.
Went to fair Trading and thier ABN license expired December 2015.
They are frauds and do not care about their customers. All I could do was dispute the payment with my bank, BUT now I have order which they expressed couriered to my house after being contacted by Fair Trading.....whats the point... Idiots.

HIGHLY advise not to order from this company.

Ordered dome decorations for my sons upcoming party. I was delivered express post exactly what I had ordered without any hassles. Nothing to rave about. Stock was what I wanted at reasonable cost and fast post

I was let down three days before a party by another online company - the products they listed as available online weren't. This company shipped express post same day and saved my bacon. Great customer service.
