Sunday night early dinner - ordered the afternoon special (finishes at 5pm) which is good value at $7.90 per dish and good portion sizes. Roti - most authentic yet I've tasted in Brisbane, the accompanying curry though lacked the spiciness I tasted in Malaysia. Laksa, Char Kway Teow were both good but satay sticks were a bit mediocre. Overall good value and would recommend.

This place is amazing - I can't stress enough how great my experience here was on Friday night. I booked for dinner with 12 people, which they were more than happy to accommodate to start with. Once everyone had arrived, they were patient in taking our orders and asking whether it mattered if entrees came out with the mains etc. The staff were funny, good natured and polite, I really couldn't have asked any more of them. A few friends had brought beers along and they kept them in the fridge and would regularly come out and replace empties. The food was incredible - my char kway teow was the best I've had, nice seafood, just spicy enough and not too oily. I was disappointed not to be able to get through it.

We stayed for a couple of hours and were the last people in the restaurant, but at no point were we made to feel rushed or uncomfortable. To top it all off, they willingly and patiently split the bill for us. I can't fault these guys, the food was great value - if you like Malaysian/Singaporean (some Chinese-esque dishes such as sweet and sour pork were on the menu too), give this place a go. Excellent roti as well. Great service, 10/10.

Been there a few times by now. The food itself is of good value, however we feel that the service was close to zero. When not busy, staffs kept staring at us. When asked about the food they seemed not interested to explain, and always rush to take the order, with no hospitality at all.
