On Monday 20th July 2020 I bought myself a Logitech Z607 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers with Bluetooth for $70 when I watch my favourite TV Shows because the sound is fantastic so I'll be really not happy with using them when I move into my unit in September 2020.

I think the value is really good, I have always loved office works. Although I was dissapointed with the service as I went in the other week just to buy two items I was lined up only one lady at the register and a gentlemen she was serving in front. I was in a hurry and she had put his items through and kept chatting to me with no aknowledgement to even say sorry I wont be long or tell the gentlemen ill just quicly put these ladies items through then chat to you as there was no one lined up behind me. I waited close to 15 minutes while this woman chatted to this guy to be served when I just had to leave the store because I would have been late to work..I think the customer service is the only part of this store that is a let down. If you are looking for cheap notepads, pens, accessories then this is definately the place to go.

Officeworks is okay to find things when you are out of hours, but their prices reflect that. Service is not too bad, just depends on the time of day you go

When visiting Office Works, I required assistance with using the copier machines. I went to the desk for assistance. After waiting over 10 minutes while watching the staff work behind the counter, I was finally advised to purchase a card via the machine. There were over 10 machines, I asked the assistant 'which one'? She just pointed and walked off. I eventually found the machine to purchase a card for the copier, mind you, the machine had nothing to indicate what it was. After all that fuss, I copied my items but in the confusion I ended up forgetting to remove my items from the copier, realizing 10 minutes after leaving I phoned Office Works to discuss the issue. I must have had the same sales assistant. She didn't check the copier machines and said 'it's not my problem, you should have checked before leaving'. I returned to the store and asked to speak to someone about my missing items. Luckily someone there was nice enough to keep them aside. This is not the only time I've had an issue with staff at Office Works. They lack enough staff members to assist with the counter for photo's. It's not worth saving 2 cents a picture if I have to waste 30 minutes of my time. In this day and age, my time is highly valuable.
