Dear Manager

On 24 July, 2021 I ordered the following from Office Metro.

1xLABEL QUIK STIK DISP MAGNUM 125X36MM ROLL ADDRESS 500 LABELS

On 24 Aug 21 these labels arrived, after they had been out of stock for awhile.

Unfortunately these labels are unusable as the adhesive on the back of each label no longer sticks.The adhesive has gone brown and powdery. No part of the adhesive works.

This appears to be an age and/or storage problem. The top of the label box has been faded by sunlight. Also the labels have been made in New Zealand. It has been a long time since these labels were made in New Zealand.

I can send photos if you like.

I request a box of good labels or a refund.

I use lots of white Apli swing tickets for my business, and have been searching for a company that could supply them in bulk and cheaply. Office Metro sells these swing tickets at least 25% less than in the shops, and they offer free delivery. They have a large range of other stationary item also. Their website is easy to navigate.
