I rang Danny from new phase electrical in a panic to repair my aircon at home as we are having a lot of hot days and can not survive without it , family of five , after ringing to others from womo , to find someone to help me out , they were to busy or tried to overcharge me , ad I sounded desperate as my family was in need , then came Danny to the rescue , he helped me pick up the parts I needed and he came over that evening to replace control board and receiver and got it working . It had stopped about a week ago and struggled to sleep that week as it was hot upstairs , he also fixed 3 dimmers for me as well , this man is highly recommended , don't waste time calling others , he went out of his way for my family , he cares the other I called did not , God bless you , I will tell my friends about you as it's hard to find a honest tradesman , also tipped him

After last summer's heat I could not turn the reverse cycle A/C on again [22/10/14]. Courtesy a WOMO search I called Danny who was round in 30 minutes. He quickly discovered the fault lay in the remote which was fixed promptly. He also made the useful suggestion to always start the A/C on High fan [before adjusting to a slower speed] this being the equivalent of getting the compressor going in "low gear" as with a car and this would greatly lengthen the A/C life. Danny was courteous and thorough. I thoroughly recommend him.

Danny from NPE recently installed a split system air conditioner at my house. Not only did he offer a reasonable and cheap rate, he also provided good quality work and friendly service with a smile.

Had my home fitted with a new lighting system, fans, power points and waterproof outdoor lights and they worked perfectly right away! No problems at all and everything was kept nice and clean. I also had my factory installed with a new energy efficient lighting system that works a treat!
