We used NHI for all 5 stages of our build and it was definitely worth every cent and every fault that NHI found . . Using NHI for our new build gave us peace of mind during our build project. Customer Service was excellent – and nothing was too much trouble - having NHI to back us up gave us peace of mind. Having someone who knows the trade to double check on our behalf made our builders more mindful. It slowed down our build a little, but it meant the end results are better! Worth our money indeed. New Home Inspections did a wonderful job inspecting each stage of our new build. The reports are thorough and easy to understand with diagrams and pictures. They identified major defects at each stage of our build which were rectified along the way, which if they weren't would've caused major issues, stress and financial implications down the track. After having had many homes built and using a different builder for the 1st time - I was seeing many issues that were wrong - when I pointed them out to the builder I was ignored. After finding more problems I thought it was getting beyond reasonable to wait so I contacted New Home Inspections.

We were highly recommended by a friend to use NHI when we started our new home build. It was honestly the best money spent for peace of mind. Kevin is a walking builders manual! We had NHI do an inspection at every major stage, including contract review and our 3 month inspection. They provided us and the builders with well detailed reports. All the issues raised were then fixed by the builders. Plus they re-inspected any major issues once they were rectified. We can only give positive feedback about NHI.
