Exceptional Hairdressers guaranteed,my hair has never looked so good until I have been here, even how they blow wave my hair is always perfect and lasts for a few days.

The Staff always explain to you and always listen to how that you want your hair done and style your hair according to your needs.

I love the suggestions and how well my hair is cut.

Prices are reasonable and there is no pushing to sell their products.

Since the renovations have been completed it is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

They also do not keep you waiting, also there is wine or coffee available for your pleasure.

Perfect on every level.

Just had my hair re-growth coloured last week. Normally I am charged $50 as per Internet pricing, for colour and dry off. This time for some reason I was charged $92, an extra $52 for the same service. Have been trying for days to receive my refund but no luck so far. If I knew that I would be paying that amount I would have had a hair cut as well and a blow wave. Not very happy for being overcharged so much and the situation is not being rectified!!

Well still my situation has not been rectified, they refuse my refund me the amount which they overcharged me. Instead they want to give me a free service. Now can it be a free service when I have already paid for it? I won't be going back and will pursue this further

I've been to Nevo several times and each time I have come away completely satisfied. I am particularly sensitive about my hair since having a horrible experience elsewhere a few years ago so I really appreciate Rochelle taking the time to talk to me about what exactly I want and at the same time offering her own sound advice. The salon has a stylish but friendly vibe and I am always made to feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to give my opinion of this place from a young 22 yr old male's experience. The service was really nice, they make you feel welcome and offer a coffee/tea/water if you need to wait. I didn't want much of my hair cut off, just wanted a bit of an adjustment but she was more than happy to do it and charged me a clipper cut instead of a full priced haircut which was nice of her. My hairdresser actually knew about hairstyles and offered advice, and was also pleasant about cutting your hair trying to make conversation and was very personable but not in an annoying way.

Overall pretty happy with this place as the service is nice and they know what they're doing which is all I really want :)

I've had some fantastic hair experiences at Nevo. I also love their newsletter, as it always contains awesome deals on haircare visits and products. My last colour done at Nevo was awesome! Also love their bargain gift cards at the end of each year.

I come and see Rochelle for a hair cut. She takes her time asking what style you are looking for. She is professional and gives you tips on how to style your hair. Highy recommend her.

I have been going to Nevo for about 4 years now, and they have been consistently fantastic. Always very happy with my hair cut and colour, and the service is great. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable, especially if you go in an off-peak time like a Wednesday. Can't recommend Nevo enough!

My friend bought me a voucher for my birthday, I felt bad considering I've been going to the same hairdresser for 15 years, but didn't want to waste the voucher. The voucher was from one of those daily deal websites, which entitled me to receive a 1/2 head foils, Cut, treatment, scalp massage and blow dry. The moment I walked in a young girl welcomed me and showed me to my seat. I was offered a drink from the drinks menu and I asked for a Hot Chocolate. It was delicious! Thanks to Rochelle for doing a beautiful job on my hair, I love it. The sad thing is, I probably may not be able to continue my visits to Nevo, as I live on the other side of the city, but would definitely recommend this salon to anyone that lives around that area.

I found Nevo through a Jump on it voucher and was happy with the results , so when we had a family wedding coming up I booked 3 weeks ahead for myself and my 10 year old son to have haircuts. The results were so disappointing. My son looked great , me ... disaster. They rang and asked us to come in 30 mins after our booking time - that's ok but when we got there we still had to wait 30 mins. Neither of us were offered any refreshment and my senior hair stylist was distracted and distant - to the point of rudeness. I got the worst haircut of my life and when I ask for soft curls I came out looking like Shirley Temple , which fell out by the wedding. Extremely disappointed .

I am so glad that i found this salon. Sarah is a great stylist, who really knows how to cut hair. I have been 100% satisfied every time i walk away. As soon as you sit down, you are provided with a cuppa and biscuit which is great when you are waiting for your colour to set etc.

I was so happy with this salon. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. I was greeted at the door and shown to my seat. Sarah spent time with me discussing my hair colour and what I liked and disliked, and as a result had a good understanding of what I was looking for. The end result was perfect! The colour and highlights were exactly what I wanted. The cost was very reasonable. I've paid much more at other salons with a less than satisfactory result. I would highly recommend this salon. It's the best I've been to.
