I am very satisfied with their service. My computer had a long 'Pain in neck' problem. It had intermittent fault of crashing for no reason almost from day one. I tried warranty from where I purchased also a couple of other service places to repair in vain with all sorts of data backing up and application, device reinstalling trouble.

I tried Netsquare recently as a last effort before I throw this monster out of the window. They magically repaired my PC with following details:

M/B BIOS updating, 750W PSU, Windows reconfiguring updating & tuning

Cost: $250+gst

My PC has worked perfectly since (more than a month now). I certainly will use them again!

When Everyone Else Said "No",..... ....NETSQUARE Computer Help said "Yes". My Mac laptop's hard drive crashed. The "Genius" at the Apple Store said it was almost impossible to recover and with $499 initial cost - who I have always been loyal to - made the data retrieval sounds like an expensive and excruciating trek up Everest. At Netsquare Computer Service, from the first desperate phone call, straight through to dropping off my dead machine in shop, it was a professional, friendly and experience at a more than reasonable price. No attitude, no doom-speak, just solid service. If anything goes wrong with my machines in the future, there is no question where I will go for service. As a small, service based business owner myself I can't speak highly enough about them. I am spreading the Gospel! Thanks for everything.

Had a main PC crash. Brought the box to them at their Blackburn shop. Jerry looked after me. He tested it there and then and discovered the power supply had crashed. He gave me a number of replacement options and prices. I made a selection and was out the door in about 15 minutes. They rang me later that day to say the box was ready for collection. They also ran diagnostics on the hard drive and cleaned the unit of dust. They charged a very reasonable rate for their labour. I would have no hesitation in returning to them for further IT related work.

Shop in South Pde Blackburn. Jerry and Bert both pleasant courteous and patient with a non-technical person. Thorough explanation of what needed doing. Work completed exactly to requirements. A follow up problem 6 weeks later of a loose connection, cheerfully fixed for no additional cost. Would certainly return again and recommend to friends (as it was recommended to me).

Did PC clean up - disk reformat and software reloaded, new external hard drive installed along with (very easy to use) back up software which they developed in-house. Also installed back up software on my laptop.

I chose these people based on WOMOW reviews (and after I had had a bad experience with *another* computer shop). Bert was thorough in diagnosing the issues with my PC and patient in explaining what he proposed to do and what the cost would be for the work required. I would be happy to recommend these people and I will use them again.
