I called in to see Scott (based on reviews on the web) after my computer failed to boot after overheating the previous day (Sunday 5 April 2020). It is 10 years old but a top of the range HP at the time of purchase (Envy 15.6 -1104TX): i7/8Gb/640Gb HD.

Scott provided everything that I asked in a calm and most professional manner, data retrieval and repair via the installation of a 1Tb Samsung SSD. Scott also cleaned the computer and it now runs as it did 10 years ago; cooler, faster and brighter.

I received the repaired computer a few days after taking it in to Scott and after he was satisfied that it was operating as he expected.

I am delighted with the outcome and suggest that if you live locally to this office (as I do), and you suffer an IT issue at home, call in and talk to Scott. I doubt that you will leave disappointed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his servicing to you, as I regard his pricing to be fair and reasonable for the work and hardware installed

When your disk crashes you need competent friendly help . I got that from Scott Chen and team over several days. They gave me practical advice and both home visit and remote support to get me running asap. The changeover from old computer to new one was very competently handled with tutoring and hints thrown in.
Have no hesitation in recommending them, especially to those retirees who are a bit slow like me!

Arrived on time, couldn't solve on site but gave a fixed price for off site repairs and upgrade. Completed the job for less than that and only charged accordingly - overall very good.

They are great!!!! I mistakenly allowed the computer to wipe itself and reset everything, and I lost everything. I took my computer in with only little hope that my files can be recovered. but 2 days later, they called me, they got most of my data back! staffs there are very nice, and explain to me what I can do to prevent things like this from happening. I never have received a great, and kind service like this before.
