Dont risk taking your beloved pets here!!!

My beloved Lorikeet was brought into this hell pit by a neighbour as she escaped her outside cage. I got home from work and started panicking. After finding out that she was taken to this place. I called them and asked if they had her the lady told me that she was there but is a little groggy as she had been sedated, to that I asked “ Did you kill her “ she said NO! Ok, I’m coming to pick her up. I get there and a lady walks me into a small room to tell me that had euthanased her as they first said because they thought she was a wild bird. I was mortified and heartbroken to say the very least. WHY? I live alone & it’s just been myself and my Hippy for 15 years. The vet who murdered her told me she had beak & feather disease! Wrong! You also can’t just look at a bird and just verbally diagnose this disease, a test is the only way! She was losing her feathers because she was old!
She was as tame as they come and would not have been making any sort of fus.
Why couldn’t you have waited 12 hours to see if someone come to claim her.
You knew she wasn’t a wild bird. You just decided to murder instead.
All I can wish for is that this same thing happens to you or your offspring’s lose a beloved pet the same way what did to mine. I wish you nothing but misery for the rest of your life You can’t just play God & decide who lives & dies. Don’t leave your pets unattended here!

Excess charges and ridiculous huge quotation

My son & daughter took my dog to Nepean Animal Hospital,on 18/12/23, my dogs ear was swollen and appeared to be full of fluid The vet charged us $440.00 without fixing dogs swollen ear

I believe the vet took an unfair of my young vulnerable kids in their early 20’s

The vet quoted us between $2821 and $3067 for a return visit the next day to try and sort her problem.

So I took my dog to her old vet vet at Kurmond, she was diagnosed my dog with aural hematoma, and charged us $664.00 to fix this. She even trimmed her long nails whilst she was under sedation

This is price gauging at its worst and unconscionable conduct by a business that should know better.

Please be very careful if you have to use this vet, try and to avoid going there at all.

Approximate cost: $3000

We recently brought in our 15 year old companion. The Vet who we were given seemed to have little or no idea on what was wrong. When we questioned their lack of knowledge by not jumping at unexplained and seemingly evasive tests, we were belittled and made to feel like animal abusers. After being left in the waiting room without explanation I reacted when finally spoken to by calling the Vet useless. They had no regard for our feelings or interest in why we were so upset. Never had an issue before with any other Vets here in the last 15 years. Maybe they should have looked at our history before ringing the next day to double down on what we did wrong. Disappointed and upset beyond belief. We lost our friend tonight. The staff were very kind. It's tough losing a mate like Loki. I apologise.

I would recommend this vet only in an emergency after-hours situation. They seem to provide decent care, however, they will also charge you every cent they believe they can get away with while keeping your pet alive, but with little care towards the cause of the issue.

We are extremely fortunate to have a 24-hour Veterinarian Hospital. Plus dedicated staff who are caring and professional.

We had an after hours problem with our cat and they were very helpful giving us advice if it was an urgent problem or if we should return in the morning. The vet seemed experienced and handle our cat well. Reasonable price. Would return again if needed.

Available when you need them and obviously love animals. My cocker spaniel was treated with much care and we weren't made to feel stupid when it looked like the naughty dog had hoodwinked into thinking he was sick!

A good vet!
Always very helpful and compassionate, we have moved about 20 minutes away and i still being my pets to this vet! Pretty cheap for a vet and don't try to rip you off and charge for things that are not really required. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !

Approximate cost: $ Depends on treatment

I recently had an animal emergency, my little feral foxies got into some rat sack late on a Friday afternoon. The emergency line I rang answered straight away and they were there when I arrived. The vet ws very friendly, obviously loved his job, and was very reassuring. He was very gentle and wasn't bothered by the out of hours call.
