The most beautiful facial and massage I’ve ever had. These ladies really know how to make skin glow, and they do it in a way that is super luxurious and friendly. This is the most gorgeous space I’ve ever had a facial in. They have advanced new equipment, all the towels are fresh white and soft, the rooms are huge, private and stylish. I will never go anywhere else for a skin treatment. So far I have had the Sublime Skin Firming treatment, Oxygen Enzyme Peel, Brow Sculpture, Paradise Stone Massage and a Tuscan Tan Spraytan. All of them were perfection. Thanks girls, I’ll be back a hundred million times.

Love this place! I've been coming here every month for nearly four years now. The staff are super friendly, knowledgable and driven by delivering a beautiful end to end customer experience. As soon as you walk in they will offer you a cup of tea or hot chocolate in winter. The rooms are relaxing and very private with soft music and a beautiful aroma. For my eyebrows they over twenty minutes waxing, plucking and measuring to ensure that everything is perfect. It's an amazing little salon (just don't expect to find parking).

The best massage evvvv-aaahhhh! Elizabeth has magic hands. Def. coming back. I've had a lot of massages in my time and I usually get frustrated when they just do the 'main bits' and spend a lot of time 'warming you up'. I'm always waiting for them to get into it. I asked for firm and I really got what I asked for, plus a lot of detail, like the back of my head, all around my ears, front of my neck, and knees. It was awesome. I loved that the room was painted a dark colour, it made it really relaxing. The towels are obviously from a professional laundry, they were super soft and new, unlike the crunchy towels you usually get in smaller salons. Great quality on every level.

I have only been to Natasha's a few times but I probably won't be going back. They do an amazing wax (one of the best I have ever had) but they push their products too much. It is uncomfortable. I think they would do a pretty amazing facial but I don't like to feel pressured to buy products, and if they push that hard during a wax I can only imagine what you get with a facial. Products should only be spoken about if a customer asks....

Staff were very friendly and gave fantasitc service. Treatment was 2nd to none and loved the hot chocolate on arriaval. Would have to be the best salon in the Southbank area!

I love this place! The staff are so accomodating and friendly and they always remember your name. The salon itself is comfortable and the electric blankets during winter are an inspired touch. The girls here are helpful and knowledgeable and use beautiful products during the treatments. I always leave here feeling a million dollars!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellen advice, help and overall customer service. Really Nice cosy and clean salon. Treatment rooms are so comfy, especially the beds which are lovely and warm on those chilly days. Always special offers running which is great. Overall always great experience! Highly recommend this salon.

The salon was beautiful and the reception I received was beautiful and I was offered hot chocolate on arrival... but the room was freezing and the massage I had was average and the therapist tried to sell me products half way through the treatment!
