Poor customers service at the reception. It’s so hard to talk to the reception! The phone doesn’t go through. Have to be on hold for like an hour.

Doctor Anna at this center needs to learn not to make snap judgments ...after going to see her with a thyroid problem ( graves disease) I was accused of being anorexic and not eating enough! DO YOUR RESEARCH GRAVES DISEASE CAUSES WEIGHT LOSS!!! this sort of behavior happens alot to underweight people and needs to stop. It is extremely damaging to my emotional wellbeing when I am already insecure about my weight. You wouldn't tell an overweight person to eat less why can you do this to underweight people!

Tom Shashian literally saved my life after 9 years of neglect from a previous GP. From the first time I saw him about the issues (extreme loss of blood months on end) to the day I had hysterectomy was 5 months.
I then developed an infection, then created a hernia, which I’ve recently had fixed and abdominal surgery to stitch my stomach muscles back together.
In which he recommended the brilliant surgeon who did the operation and Tom assisted.
It’s so great to have been listened to finally and action taken!
I now have my whole family seeing him, even my grandkids!
I will be forever grateful for Tom saving my life…. Twice now.

Yes absolutely! Dr Gupta helped me with my teeth cleaning and polishing. My teeth were sparking after her thorough work. She didn’t cut corners and was extremely patient with me.

Do NOT visit! 2 hr waiting time for ONLY 3 mins with a doctor.

I used to visit a doctor here before they put a tax on top of the bulk billing... for the quality of the service they offer is not really worth paying the extra money

The quality of Narregate is alright although chould be better. I love how you can finish your appointment and get whatever you need from the pharmacy inside Narregate.

My doctor here is good, helped me with my weight loss, provided useful diet, information and was a very good motivator- not just appetite pills , I don't know about the others but I imagine the same. I generally private bill, don't like to wait at some of the other clinics, could be cheaper though. Open most days and till late which is a plus.

You will have to pay extra on top of the bulk billing for exactly the same service you would get elsewhere for no extra charge. Pharmacy in the center is handy, but a bit overpriced as well.
