Wow! What great customer service. The team at myTeddy were so accommodating to my design, happy to chat over the phone and clarify anything. I placed the order Saturday morning and my teddy arrived by Wednesday. The result was just perfect, exactly what we wanted and gorgeous design that is worth every cent.
