This was so easy. I made a mistake with my initial order, quickly asked to change it and was reassured it was no problem. I was told the teddy would arrive in about 2 days and it arrived this morning, right on time. And, it's beautiful. I'm so happy and I'm sure my grandson will love him too.

These guys were fab. I needed an order for two of their adorable bears rushed through in time for Easter and not only were they fast but they really care about the customer, and they will bend over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you want.

My Turquoise bear I ordered for my Grandson was my favourite gift to give this year. All I had to do was build him with a click of a button.
