Installation of a home alarm system. Upon contact, discussion of options and installation, the service was great. I would have gladly given 5 stars. But after developing a few issues with the alarm (it going off at times when it was turned off) contact was made with them to come out and try to resolve the issues. Unfortunately they never came and cancelled a few times and made appointments when we advised that those days were not suitable a number of times. Now we are unable to get in contact as calls are not answered and emails not replied to. Extremely disappointing after the initial great service that was provided. Now off to pay someone else to fix their problems........

I initially gave this company 5 stars but have now decided to edit this after several months of attempting to address problems. After less than 12 months from installation,we developed problems with the remote controls. I contacted Chris, who stated he was aware that there were problems with the remotes with other people. Discussion was had to arrange replacement. However since this conversation it has been several months and numerous phone calls (none returned) and emails later (some returned) there still has been no resolution. Arrangements for him to come over to repair or replace them were determined via email, but he did not arrive or call to state he was not coming. The security controls remain non-functional to date.

When I first called Chris I new he was busy. I was happy to wait as he seemed very professional in his approach. When it came to the time of install, my first impressions were correct, professional from start to finish and he listens to the client. More than happy to recommend to anyone who asks me if I know a good security installer.

We had a camera installed in our showroom to link to a TV in our back office. Chris responded to our initial enquiry quickly, and came to install the camera within days, hassle free. Others had not listened to our requests and were trying to sell us things we didn't need, but Chris gave us exactly what we wanted, at a very reasonable price. We would be happy to recommend Murdoch Securities.

The team is very proficient in responding to initial quote and installing. Apart from friendly and approachable service, they are technically well equipped and given me sufficient advice. I'm most impressed by their after-sales service after hearing so much on tradesmen having lousy response after getting your money. The team not only respond promptly to calls and events, they even went the extra mile to install other items that are not part of the original contract as I have a real need of those items. I've been in Australia for close to 7 yrs and they are certainly one of the most impressionable tradesmen around :-)
