The one star is for the two young removalists who did an amazing job under difficult circumstances. I wish I could give just them 5. On the day of our move it was quickly established by the lead removalist that the truck was not big enough for our job. This began a back and forth dialogue between myself and the lead removalist about what was most important to move on that day. We discussed this at length, probably all up one hour throughout the day. Nearing the conclusion of the move that day I spoke to someone in management on the phone. She was incredibly rude to me and refused to take responsibility as our inventory was correct. Theres was not. They had just not provided a large enough vehicle. This manager then spoke at length to the lead removalist, at which point they offered to send someone (1 man) back the next day free of charge the to assist us to move the extra items out of our previous home. I then asked the manager if she was taking responsiblity for the mistake? She denied they were at fault! I received a small discount on the move day price and the manager refused any other compensation. I then had to make three additional 150 approx round trips to move the rest of my belongings. We used this company a few years ago and they were amazing, wrapped everything and there was so much care and professionalism. I feel this company may have be taken over and now the standards are poor. The moved also resulted in a damaged (expensive and almost new) dining table, cracked plant pot and dents to our fridge amongst other more minor dents etc.
We are moving on from move on removals, never again! Stay away !

I've recently had 2 removal jobs as well as storage. On both occasions have found the guys polite, easy to deal with & careful with my belongings.
Angelica & Gerri were both lovely & made the arrangements easy & stress free.
I would without a doubt recommend Move on & have no hesitation in using them again.

Arranged on very short notice, about 18 hrs, after other company cancelled. But they were on time, very polite and courteous. Had a laugh with them and it made the move a lot less stressful. Thank you very much guys.

Very professional movers, no task was too hard. Arrived on time and began to ask questions so they could prioritise what went on the truck first.
When we got to our destination they were able to stack the furniture neatly and safely so that my daughter could get her car into the garage still.
