Been coming here for a car service for years. Really value the clear communication and explanation about what is needing repairing if anything beyond a normal service.

One of the few genuine and trustworthy RWC Licensers. I wish I had known about them before. Went to three other shops and spent $130 in each and was cited for everything from tyres to full engine re-condition, but This shop did a very genuine job. Highly recommended for both RWC and mechanical repairs.

Leigh is always extremely pleasant and helpful and explains everything that needs to be done/costs etc. I work nearby so they've even given me a lift to work after dropping my car off. Would highly recommend!

This was a straightforward service. It was carried outwell and in good time. The mechanics/owner are very pleasant and appear to be very competant. I wil use them again. Much more pleasant than using a main dealership

Friendly fast service. Appreciated the courtesy car, or even being given a lift to my nearby workplace whilst my car was being fixed. They were able to fix a range of problems with my car from electronic problems to a general service check. Everything was explained to me and they called around for the cheapest quotes for any parts I needed. Most importantly my car runs so much better now!

Very nice & very helpful people. I have my cars serviced here all the time. They are always professional & reasonably priced.

My partner had his car serviced here before Christmas. Definitely not recommended! They double charged some items, did things that weren't asked for e.g. replaced the entire windscreen wiper system, not just the rubber blades (didn't need this done any way, and didn't get approval). When they called to seek approval, we approved two extra things to be fixed (totalled $150+ $120 for the service+ reasonable labour costs). When the car was to be picked up, the total invoice was for $625... No where near the approx $400 I would expect for $270 worth of parts+labour. Indicator was also replaced when it wasn't broken, we were charged twice for waste disposal ($10 each) and twice for "Clean throttle body" (whatever that means). We clearly asked to be called with ANYTHING outside a normal service. Obviously a $625 bill means they also don't listen and they don't tell you everything. To top it all off, a week after the service, the computer in the car told us to replace the front break pads!
