Mitchelton vets are a really friendly bunch who have taken great care of our cat and are always happy to help. Our cat can be quite fussybut they have a great way with animals.

I am very fussy where I take my dog and this veterinary practice is brilliant. They are very passionate and caring. This is not my local practice, but it was recommended to me and I have been going there for about 4yrs now. I haven't found a more caring practice than this one. It's a 10min drive for me to get there with lots of other vets inbetween that I could go to instead, but always well worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always ring the next day and often a few times to see how my dog is feeling. Makes me feel confident that I'm not on my own. I love my dog as much as I love my children and this practice makes me feel calm and relaxed and really explains situations and I really appreciate that. They never rush us through. This is definately the best veterinary Practice I've been to.

Recently my cat was attacked by a dog and needed an emergency operation. I took her to my local Vet which is Mitchelton Veterinary Practice whom I only ever used for her yearly check ups and vaccinations. I did not realise how blessed I was to have such a wonderful caring group of people looking after my cat. During the whole time I was constantly informed of what was going on during the surgery and the exact amount i was at ..cost wise (no hidden cost either).The day after the surgery I received a call from the Vet to see how my cat was coping which I thought was nice but it didn't stop there I received approx 5 phone calls and one just last week (five weeks since the operation!!) to just touch base and check how everything is healing and hoping that we... my very loved cat and I... are doing well. Now that is excellent customer service.

This was the first vet I took my puppy to and became frustrated as I ended up seeing two different vets in a row. Both times the visit seemed rushed and my puppy would not settle for the second lady I saw.

I have been taking my pets to this vet practice for more than 8 years. During this time the practice has undergone some changes and I don't feel I receive the same very personal service I used to enjoy. The prices have steadily increased and I often feel disappointed that I am no longer treated with the consideration I used to receive for my multiple pets.
