An unpleasant experience. Unpleasant staff who may or may not return your phone calls. The installation was poor. This was acknowledged by the company however errors still not corrected on second visit. We ended up getting our own carpenter to sort it out having lost faith in this crowd. Amateurs.

We are so excited about our Plantation shutters installed by your carpenter today. They look fantastic and he is so great to have do the install. The whole process with Melbourne Plantation Shutters is stress free. We can't wait for the External Shutters to arrive.
This business has high quality plantation shutters and excellent installation BUT the sales people and the reception staff are awful. They are rude, arrogant and difficult to deal with. I pity anyone who has a problem they need rectified, as it is like going through the gates of purgatory. Great product, if you can stomach the service.
