This is an average bicycle shop. There is sell, sell sell - quick - mentality at the shop....Bad energy!

I purchased a bike from them that was under warranty and after they have completed some repairs they owners acted like I owe them something.

More to the point the quality of their service is off. Firstly they put my dura-ace chain on backwards / upside down and they did not re-face or tap the bottom bracket properly after a service.

Do they have licensed bike mechanics....(?)

I would not go back or recommend them. Make up your own mind!!

This bike shop is the best in Melbourne. Their prices are always cheaper than everywhere else and the staff actually know what they are talking about. I have bought 3 bikes from them and they give you a year of servicing. Only problem is they are always busy so best to go there early in the morning.

I have been using this place for all my cycling gear for a few years. I have never bought a bike from there but for servicing, shoes, lights and knick knacks you cant go wrong. Service is great, they give good advice and the price on most of there product (including bikes) is very very competitive.
