I am not IT savvy and run a small business. My website and emails are critical to my business. Media Fortress went above and beyond to not only provide their service as advertised, but also to assist me and help me through transferring my domain, website and emails from my old provider to new provider. I purchased hosting with two earlier providers. The first was admittedly cheap, but I had unhelpful helpdesk and when I went to another provider I had difficulty in terminating the contract. The second provider was extremely slow in providing support (I mean a week, sometimes) and when I transferred to Media Fortress the earlier provider was less than helpful in co-operating with the transition.
Media Fortress are personable, efficient, low cost and generally all-round helpful. Value here.

I purchased several domains at a much cheaper rate than elsewhere. The hosting for a website is again very reasonable and once started easy to manage. When I have needed help, it has been prompt and helpful. I liked the video support.
