Look it’s pretty simple.
Look after your regulars (the ones that continue to spend money with you regularly) by maybe having a happy hour. Jesus who knows you may even increase your business.
Reward loyalty, oh and while I’m on the subject of rewarding, how about putting some tomato and onion in your salads that come with your counter meals.

We have been coming here on and off over the last 10 or so years. The food is quite nice in the bistro but the staff look somewhat disinterested and a bit over it. Such a shame that a pub like this could do so much more for itself and for the families in the area if only it re invented itself a little and employed some motivated staff.

I do not like pokies so i usually eat in the bar. The meals are great value and a good quality if you want a decent casual meal. Bar staff are very friendly too.

Easy to find parking considering it's on McKinnon Road. Food is quite nice and doesn't take long to come to your table. Staff though aren't overally friendly, if they can crack a smile every now and then I would go back more often. Very clean facilities, toilets are rather old though and make need upgrading to coincide with the rest of the pub. There are pokies at this pub but not very many so it isn't as crowded as some of the larger pubs nearby.

Bistro is reasonably priced with small and big tables - takes large bookings too
They have a private function room for 21st's etc

Nice garden bar area at the back of bistro
Public bar for the tradie and sports betting fans - nice and casual with some real characters to chat to - also have pub meals
Specialty food nights - steak night seafood night ect

the only downfall - the pokies

Great restaurant. Inside and outside dining. Fantastic food with different specials each night. Good seniors meals and offers. Booking is advised, it can get busy because it is really good. Lots of meals for people with allergies.
