Great service, came and fixed the problem within an hour.

This week we had a new dual fuel stove fitted, repairs to a toilet cistern, numerous leaks fixed, some washers changed and a tap repaired. McConnell's was recommended to us by a friend who has been using them for the past 20 years, and we can see why. Andrew arrived spot on, on time, was very friendly and approachable, worked really hard all day, fixed all the problems and discussed some future drainage works with us. He even crawled under our house and took photos with his phone to show me one of the issues with our plumbing which he wasn't giong to be able to fix easily. We'll definitely use them again in future when we next need a plumber.

I rang up to seek advice as wasn't really sure how serious my problem of sinks not draining properly was - they sent soemone round the next day at a convenient time and arranged to come again the day after when no one was home to remove the tree roots that were blocking the pipes. I can't really rate the value as I'm still waiting on my bill 2 weeks after the problem got fixed!
