fantastic service available for everyone. it does save an un-necessary trip to the doctor everytime one of my kids has a symptom that can easily be cured at home or by popping down to the chemist. they're registered nurses so they've seen it all before & can quite easily help you diagnose problems over the phone

I have had to call this service at least 6 times in the past 18 months and have always found the nurses to be extremely professional and 100% helpful every time!

My baby kept vomiting last time after drinking formula. While I am by myself I don't know who to ask. Called the service and the nurse was very helpful. Problem solved after getting advice.

Great idea, and I have called them on a number of occasions, but I've found that the answer I get each time is, go see a doctor. Well, if I could do that easily I probably wouldn't be on the phone, would I!

Excellent service for those night time worries when you are not sure if a trip to the hospital is necessary.... Very comforting for first time mothers for that advice and reassurance. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes though but well worth it!!

As a first time parent you dont know all the answers and this service safes 1000 doctors visits. They ask all the right questions providing you with logical answers, sometimes i was in a panic about nothing but they dont judge they just help you along. Highly recommend that this number is giving to new parents it helped me alot
