If you want to be able to hear people having sex, going to the toilet and generally walking around book the Oak Suite at Mary Cards Cottage. Hubby and I went for a sleep in and romantic time away before bubs was born but because the floor boards were so thin we could hear everything - noisy water pipes and voices (amongst other noises) was not impressed with our 7.30am wake up call after the 11.30pm 'screeches' from a happy occupant upstairs. Whilst the room was clean and food yummy there were other things we didn't like- the shower over oval spa meaning once you hiked your leg over to get into the 50cm deep spa using the shower head meant the bathroom flooded...just bizarre! So over these places...do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
