This is a wonderful service, higly recommend to ANYONE. As a pet owner you can go away rest assured that your pet [and house, mail, plants etc] are all looked after. My pet Tom was very happy and had no trauma of being displaced whilst away. This was recommended to me by two (2) friends and many more subsequent.

Great idea as I know that my cat is much happier in his own home as being an indoor cat he doesn't like to be taken out of his environment

I have used this company twice now for two very difficult and very different pets and I was able to go away and not worry. Not everything I asked for was done (but I did leave a books worth of notes!!) but my cats were well cared for and it was so much easier than battling to get them to a cattery.

The booking process is easy, the service is quality and worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I was referred to Lonely Pets Club by our previous carers Don't Fret Pet who'd we used in Sydney. Wenencia looked after our cat Riley for 2 days Easter 2013 and all went well. The booking process was easy, the pre-departure meeting was as expected and we returned home to a happy cat - not all stressed we'd been away again! Thanks for offering a great service which offers peace of mind and is professionally operated.

Having two four legged family members going away on holidays was difficult not having helpful neighbors or family members living in the area. I discovered Lonely Pets Club when I saw one of their vans driving around. The name interested me and I googled. Anyhow we decided to try them after reading what their services included. We were contacted after filling out web site details and as it was our first time using the service the lady going to mind our boys came over to familiarize herself with us and our requirements. She arrived ontime and was lovely. She recorded what we wanted, feed dogs, food kept here, leads there, take bins out this night, water that plant etc., so we felt comfortable and good to go on our holiday. While we were away we received a phone call to tell us our boys were doing well and everything was good at home. On our return all seemed good, bins empty, mail brought in, plants still alive and most importantly our dogs healthy and happy. We used the service again the next year and it was a different lady minding our dogs and home but she was equally as professional and reliable and we were totally happy once again. Would highly recommend from our experience.

I wish I had known about this service before - it made going on holiday so much easier, knowing a trustworthy person who really loves animals was looking after our pets in our own home. We have 2 cats, 2 rabbits and a chicken. Compared to some quotes I got for catteries, the cost was very reasonable, and even if we did use a cattery, there would still be the rabbits and chook to be cared for. The lady who came to take care of our pets lived locally, was a true animal lover, and as an added bonus she also brought in our bins and mail, and even brought in an important parcel we had been waiting on.

A great service, office staff are always polite, pleasant, courteous, and their carer's are considered, appropriate, and trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lonely Pets Club!
