Not the best and not convinced that all staff are qualified therapists. Also, the staff were loud, almost screaming, in Chinese at one another as they appeared confused over appointments and who was doing what! This made the environment unsettled and unpleasant. Some staff aren't able to communicate well and are abrupt. I suspect a bit of undeclared income is also going on.
Convenient for a walk in, not everyone's cup of tea.

I regular getting massages as I've back pain. Decided to try them out as it's located in my regular shopping centre but not too sure about it. I don't think all of the masseurs are that qualified as I end up feeling worse after all. Won't go back. Shame

Suffering a lot of pain from a neck injury I was desperate for a massage but couldn't get in at my normal venue. Took a chance and went into Li's to see if they could fit me in. I had a twenty minute wait so was able to run another errand and come back and saw some very relaxed and happy people leaving the store. I was taken to a curtained room with soft music and relaxing incense and enjoyed almost an hour of deep tissue massage which left me feeling so much better. I will definitely be going here again.

Approximate cost: $40
