I've used Link for 15 years multiple times and they are probably the best organisation I have ever dealt with. They make the process seamless, and importantly they drive the process through. They just make things happen. Most other organisations point the finger as to why they have not delivered - not Link.

They got my conveyancing done fairly well, although were not great at communicating. There was an issue regarding a fence in the wrong place. i raised it with them and rather than telling me outright that it was beyond the scope of their role they spent several emails failing to answer my question or explain why they could not answer it. They responded the same way when i asked them to inquire about something with the vendor - not doing it, but also spending several emails saying nothing much about whether they could do it or not. in the end i had to contact the vendor directly myself. Overall, they did they conveyancing well, but their service did not go as far as i had thought it would
