This is an understated, intimate restaurant run by a couple who are passionate about what they do.

The lack of pretence and attention to detail is refreshing for the area.

The food has never disappointed and the wine selection is a nice complement.

They also offer discounted menu options during the week, which are a great way of getting to know a restaurant.

Alush dining experience and not soon forgotten. The game season specials were utterly divine. The wine list so extensive and varied and the deserts so wonderful. The portioning is just right.

I had a small wedding function here early in the year and was really impressed with several things. The food was brilliant and the I must say the chocolate soufflé was to die for, the service was outstanding and the decor made me feel like I was back in France. It is a a very romantic setting and I will be definitely back again
