I went on a lovely holiday, came home, slept solidly and woke up in so much pain in my back I could barely move. I spent weeks trying to stretch it out, using heat packs, Voltaren and finally codeine. It just kept getting worse. I couldn't sit without tear inducing pain and stiffness and sleep was impossible some nights. I'd never had a massage as I'm not exactly comfortable with strangers putting their hands all over me. I have fibromyalgia, so being touched firmly hurts.

I went to these guys as a last resort. They were so friendly and the massage room was so comforting that I forgot to be uncomfortable. They asked a lot of questions so that they could work out what I needed.

Then the lady who massaged me fixed my back. In half an hour. I know I got *really* lucky and that most injuries would take more than that to remedy, but it was amazing. I could sit without pain and most of my flexibility came back straight away. In the next few days, it just got better and now, aside from the occasional twinge which I now can stretch out, I'm fine.

Next time I hurt a muscle, I won't wait so long before I go to these guys again.

I felt very relaxed from the actual massage. I did think the site was not very soothing, however the actual massage was great. Its good to have massages at Leumeah.

I arrived and was greeted with a smile. It was my first visit so was asked to fill out a questionnaire, which was precise and to the point, finding out all the information I needed to give the massage therapist in a quick and concise way that was easy for me. Melissa then did an assessment of the area that was troubling me. Then throughout the massage she explained everything she was doing and checked my pain/comfort was okay throughout. She explained an exercise I could do myself at home to help my soreness and explained what I should expect in the way of discomfort after the massage. Very happy with the service and the people. Wonderful.

I recently moved house and had every muscle in my body aching. i was in so much pain, I was actually hobbling. I went in for an hour massage and felt so much better straight away. I was able to walk and my shoulders regained free movement. I would and have recommend Leumeah Remedial Massage to anyone for relief of muscular pain.
