When I wanted to look for a laser tag, I shopped around Newcastle and beyond and found laserpettags website fantastic, their products are great and a great addition to accessorise our loved pooch. We will definitely use them again.

I only write reviews if my experience was really bad or really good. Fortunately, I am happy to say this was a great experience. I believe you can only really judge customer service quality when things go wrong. Part of my order went missing in their system and it was delayed a couple of days. The staff were absolutely phenomenal about it. They took full responsibility for their mistake. Provided a full refund and sent the packages out in express post! It was here the next day! They said they like to take it as a valuable learning experience! I wish all companies had their ethos. Great service!

I ordered two tags for my dogs from Laser Pet Tags, I ordered them on saturday and they arrived on the monday. Which was very fast for an over the weekend order!

The laser printing is exactly as shown on the screen, and of a really good quality. I also like that they give you 2 split rings of varying sizes for each tag. I think I will have to order some for my cats now!

From the beginning Michael was a pleasure to deal with, I was unsure of what style tag would best suit my chocolate labrador but after a good deal of correspondence Michael patiently helped me to decide upon what turned out to be the perfect colour and size of tag.... Milo looks stunning! It is this level of friendly and helpful service that exceeds expectations and sets Laser Pet Tags far above the competition. I have been sharing my positive experience with my friends at the local dog park and cannot recommend this business highly enough.

I ordered my first tag and was blown away by the level of customisation available and the great price. It arrived in lightning speed to regional Western Australia and the quality was fantastic! My cat loved it, I loved it; happy campers!

I soon ordered a second tag for my new cat, and it arrived with a mistake. I then received the most amazing customer service from any business in a long time! Being closed for renovations, the Laser Pet Tags team were unable to replace my tag immediately (which I was in no hurry anyway) but kept me well informed, and I believe one team member Michael even responded to my email whilst being on annual leave. So very impressed by the level of communication and effort. I felt I was a valued customer by this business.

Excited to say we are adding one more furfriend to our family and will be ordering our third tag very soon!
