La Casa Mexicana, Ballarat

This is a fantastic restaurant. It's cheap, clean, service is quick and friendly and it's always consistent. We dine here about once a week and get our meal for half price ( yes we are tight asses, but hey with the carbon tax and all, times are tough right!). Anyhow for a great cheap feed- try this place

Delicious. Cheap (half price actually when dining Tue- Thur). The chili beer is awesome too. Try it people you won't be disappointied!!

very curtious .Also fresh piping hot food the staff are very good and promt service .We have dined there several times and the food is always the best quality

Meals where a little slow coming out, but the food was delicious, staff all very friendly and the prices were very reasonable given the portion sizes. Thoroughly enjoyed and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Great food , at a really good price especially if you go on half price nights. Waiters very friendly. Can be a little noisy at times. Plenty of choices on menu.

The food is outstanding. Always fresh and smells incredible. The prices are great and they always have good deals. The margaritas are to die for.

As with every visit, food is fantastic, service is professional, courtious, and friendly, and those non alcoholic margaritas are to die for. (and healthy too!) We have literally just eaten and am about to pay as I write this. We are full as boots, with ear to ear smiles! Thank you again La Casa.

My partner & i were very impressed with our dining experience at La Casa Mexicana. We have dietary requirements requiring vegan & gluten-free meals, & La Casa Mexicana offered a fabulous selection of meals for us! The staff were incredibly friendly, & very helpful in answering our questions when it came time to order. The meals arrived quickly, & were wonderfully tasty, & delightfully fresh! The 'Ensalada Corn Salad' was a standout, & the veganized 'Fajitas Vegetarian' & veganized 'Los Tacos' definitely satisfied our Mexican cravings! The complimentary corn chips & salsa that were delivered to our table were a lovely touch, & the dinner specials are fantastic value! Although we are only visiting Ballarat for 5 days, i have no doubt we will be eating here again before we go home!

Definetly worth checking out!!! I'm sure I'll be frequenting here in the future. Most authentic Mexican in Ballarat. Meat definetly seems slow cooked and very tasty. Great menu options!!
