I have been training with Liam now for about 3 years. He is very in tune with his clients and recommends exactly what we need to do, not necessarily want to do. He keeps his classes very well motivated.

Started a Pilates group, I've never really gone to anything like this before, a mother of two, finding the time to eventually do something for myself, first class I went to, had mixed emotions of excitement and a little nervous of what to expect, I was made to feel very welcome and don't worry about what you can do and what you can't do, phew, I had so much fun, I felt great about myself an energy was released for doing it, I've booked myself in for more classes, I was even calmer around my children, I wasn't telling them off every 5 minutes, I highly recommend these classes, it's a great experience not only for you but for your family to release that beast out of you.

After suffering from back & neck injuries for many years, Liam was able to devise specific exercises for me and knew which ones were best right away. I was able to build my strength and fitness levels. His knowledge is excellent, and he has lots of information on nutrition as well which I found quite impressive.

Four years ago I was a 58yr old, overweight, unfit grandmother. I was unable to run around with my grandchildren without being out of breath. I decided to do something about it and took up Kickboxing. After several months I joined Original Boot Camp', I perservered and eventually lost 18kg, felt great and could actually play with my grandchildren without gasping for air! I did not find it easy but the camaraderie within the group was exceptional, that kept me going.

Due to some circumstances I unfortunately after almost 3 years I was unable to continue. Thinking I could do the fitness regime on my own, I tried but found without the group atmosphere and correct instruction I failed miserably. I regained those kilos and struggled again with my fitness. I've bit the bullet and rejoined "LifeForce Strength and Fitness Training" doing 2 sessions a week. It will be a battle to get back to where I was 18months ago, but it is a challenge I am prepared to win, knowing without the assistance from the instructors and the team spirit I would not succeed.

Started kickboxing 1 session a week 4 yrs ago. At the same time I started a PT (personal training) session once a week with Liam. Have never looked back. My sore knees have gone. The cardio with kickboxing is great. I now do 2 sessions a week. The people that come out have varying fitness levels and are all great to work with. The PT session is tailored to what I want to achieve and changed every 6 weeks to work all muscle groups. Recently I had to do vertical climbing for work and after the first 3 hrs I was suggesting the 21yo I was working with stay on the ground whilst I finished the job. Now in my late 50s Lifeforce is the best thing I could have done for my health and fitness.

I love going out to Fit 4 Life because its outside in the forest and you never know what you'll be doing in the session its always different. I use to love going to the gym but this is so much better. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are the instructors tailor the session to suit the individual. The group is really friendly and encouraging.

I have been doing the Fit 4 Life classes for nearly 2 years and, despite the 6:00 am mornings, twice a week, I don't miss the classes unless I absolutely have to (work etc).

The program is extremely varied and we don't know what we are in for each morning - other than an assessment session, I don't think I have same the same session twice.

Working in a group, but to my own capabilities, has encourage me to keep going with the individual activities - even when I would have given up had I been training on my own.

Overall, a great program that keeps me fit and motivated to continue.

Being a competitive horse rider takes good balance, core and body strenght, and plenty of focus. I found that Live life PT and Pilates gives me all of these qualities ensuring that i am able to ride daily and compete regularly without getting tired. Atmosphere is great and people are always friendly making you really look forward to classes. Highly recommended!!
